As chief product officer, Dr. Jürgen Krämer is responsible for Cumulocity's product and service portfolio. He oversees product management and marketing, professional services and partner ecosystem teams. Together with his team, he leads the vision and strategy formation to drive innovation and sustainable platform growth, while cultivating a mindset of product and service excellence that enhances the customer experience.

 Jürgen has over 20 years of experience in software development and management. He holds a PhD in Computer Science and was CEO and co-founder of an award-winning data management spin-off from the University of Marburg, which was acquired by Software AG in 2010. During his career at Software AG, he led the vision and strategy for the IoT & Analytics business and held positions in product management, product marketing, global business development and general management, working closely with M&A. Jürgen has twice been named one of Germany's "Top 40 under 40" by Capital Magazine and is a member of the BITKOM Management Club.
