As a quantum academic, Enrique Solano taught many of the founders of the start-ups that are part of the quantum ecosystem created by the Government of Biscay, in the Basque Country, which recently launched the Biscay Quantum Advanced Industries Strategy. He recently founded his own quantum start-up, Kipu Quantum.
