Colin Kincaid, chief product officer at Casa Systems, is a distinguished leader with over three decades of global industry experience. Throughout his career, Kincaid has developed products at scale for global distribution, driven successful business strategies, including pioneering new models and acquisition programs, and led diverse global organizations and teams. As the former chief technology officer for Cisco's Global Service Provider Business, Kincaid directed solutions architecture, go-to-market strategies, and technical teams for businesses encompassing wireline and wireless providers, cable access, and hyperscalers, achieving more than $14 billion in revenue across products, services and partner collaborations. Kincaid also has significant experience with the innovation lifecycle and scaling businesses, first working with startups such as Octocom (acquired by Telebit then Cisco), Ascom Nexion (acquired by Fujitsu), Maker Communications (acquired by Conexant) and then later, at Cisco Systems, where Kincaid successfully integrated acquisitions into the company’s portfolio.
